We understand yoga to be a solitary practice that is facilitated in community. We believe
that you will always arrive on your mat in a fresh place.  We believe that you must release expectations & your competitive urges.  Our more basic classes will inspire & challenge
the most senior practitioners; AND those new to yoga should not shy away from more advanced classes.  Our center is intimate on purpose.  We want to give you the individual attention you deserve.  You will always learn something from your yoga.  We will always watch & listen & honor precisely where you are when you arrive at ocean earth; & encourage you to open to your most vibrant self.
