DEEPEST PEACE IN COSTA RICA
 I am announcing a second retreat to the glorious Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica scheduled for January 16-23, 2011.

This is an equally attractive and fantastic opportunity, but much more intimate as only 9 guests can be accommodated in the luxurious villa set in a jungle paradise overlooking the sea.
We will truly retreat from our day-to-day lives into a sweetly secluded place in an area that National Geographic calls "the most ecologically diverse place on earth." Cabo Matapolo rests on the southern tip of the Osa Peninsula, a blissful combo of jungle & beach awaits us in a completely off-the-grid and green oasis of peace in nature. We'll inhabit Tres Palmas villa for 7 nights, practice yoga twice each day, swim in the waves, hike thru the rainforest, make friends with monkeys! and luxuriate in the negative edge pool overlooking the ocean. All of your meals are included and we will be eating a bountiful and healthy array of delicious foods...some prepared "tica" style by our private cook and others arranged family-style as we cooperate in comfort as friends in the kitchen.
The full cost of this retreat is $1650 which includes your shared (gorgeous!) accommodations, all meals, all yoga programming, one therapeutic massage or unwinding therapy session (with me!) and a guided tour of this rich and diverse area with a naturalist expert.
 As noted, this stunning villa will accommodate only 9 guests, so the nature of the adventure is intimate and personal. We will surely experience life-changing and grace-filled moments along with plenty of laughter and good honest care and companionship. If you need healing from stress, the difficulties of life, a personal challenge or physical ailment (who doesn't?) this trip will cleanse and re-align you. If you are ready to crack wide open and accept profound joy into your life this trip is your perfect playground. If you need to rest in the lap of nature's bounty, good company and a nice hammock...well, don't put that off any longer! The trip is well-suited for women-only, but we are able to accommodate 2 couples in private rooms so no one should hesitate to register. (My experience shows that these groups tend to form PERFECTLY, with amazing connections & bonds made, so dictating a specific demographic is just silliness.)
Many day-tripping options are available and you will have time during the days to surf, rappel waterfalls, visit Corcovado National Park, kayak, fish or lounge about and rejuvenate! Our hosts and I will happily help you to make tour & lesson arrangements and will also facilitate your in-country transport (additional charges apply).
Flights to San Jose from Philadelphia are running reasonably around $500 and of course discounted fares may become available. From San Jose you will have the option of taking a domestic flight (about 1 hour) to Puerto Jimenez or renting a car for a long, but fantastic 8 hour drive to our location. Please note that travel costs, purchases of a personal nature and gratuities are not included in the retreat cost. Assistance will be provided for making travel arrangements!
