I understand yoga to be a solitary practice that is facilitated in community. I believe that you will always arrive on your mat in a fresh place. I believe that you must release expectations & your competitive urges. Basic classes will inspire & challenge the most senior practitioners; AND those new to yoga should not shy away from more advanced classes. ocean earth wind fire @Bethel Road is intimate on purpose.
