10-class yoga punch cards which are good for any yoga class are offered at $18 per class, $180.
Our drop-in yoga class rate is $20 for 2026.

Back to SCHOOL never felt so good!
Beginning after Labor Day on Tuesday, September 8 I’ll be offering all yoga classes on the schedule on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings via Zoom. Even while I’m still here in PA for another few months, you’ll be able to take class here at the studio in-person or from the comfort of your own home thru the magic of Zoom.
This way, once I’ve moved, you’ll be “in the zone” to keep practicing with me regularly through the Winter months.
Get a jump on the plan and save money too by signing up now. Whether it’s a continuation of your good Summer practice or a revival of time on the mat in that “back in the saddle” devotion; it’s gonna feel good to know that you’ll be with me and the community come fall.

HELP SUSAN WORK DAYS…It Takes a Sangha
During the week of October 26-30 I would love for any and all able and willing hearts and hands to report to Bethel Road to support me in the final clean sweep. The movers will have come and gone and we all know what this part entails: cleaning, painting, weeding, donation and dump runs and perhaps a handful of unexpected to dos as well. Can you help me? Please and thank you! More specific days and times may be posted here soon; but if you pencil it into your calendar now it won’t be a surprise

This is one of the simple and momentous passages in the telling of the La Posada tale which catches me breathless, tears welling up in the tenderness of the reminder and an internal “begin again” urgency burrowed deep in my true heart of hearts. Please join me in this sacred tradition in the enchanted space of our Zoom Room where somehow togetherness and warmth are translated across the distances. If you’ve never experienced this event before, it is a special and quiet yoga practice accompanied by the reading of an ancient tale which is more than relevant today. Let’s come together to remember the essence of the season.
